Superb base for exploring El Chalten. Everything was nice, good small and absolutely great hotel. Very helpful and amazingly attentive staff, always with a smile. Comfortable and handy location very close to the bus terminal, good for visiting El Chalten...

Great location! It's super close to the center and nestled in a peaceful spot by the river. The staff is awesome and the facilities are really well-maintained. 🌿

The breakfast variety was decent and they offered a packed lunch that was convenient for hitting the trails. The easy walking distance to the trailheads and restaurants made it a perfect location for our romantic escape. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.

Check-in took forever and the hotel was extremely understaffed. The WiFi was spotty and nonexistent in the bedrooms, and the credit card machine didn't work with foreign cards.

The value for money at Hosteria Vertical Lodge was fantastic, with a spacious and modern room that exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient, close to the bus station and town, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Great location, easy walk to town center and bus station. Beautiful modern facility, with comfy beds and modern bathrooms. Very clean and a tasty and varied home made breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging hiking tours, lunch boxes and dinner packages. The espresso machine was a great touch!

Wi-Fi and cell service were spotty and slow. The bathrooms could use some extra towel racks.

The hotel is a little bit "outside" from the restaurants and shops and some of the trails, which can be a drawback for those looking to be close to the activity.

The room at Vertical Lodge Hostería was absolutely amazing! It had three beds, which was perfect for me and my friends. The beds were so comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed. We loved having our own private bathroom with a bath. It was such a cozy and relaxing space!

Personally, I found the front desk being open 24 hours a day a bit inconvenient.

The location was convenient, close to the bus station and ATM. The staff was flexible and accommodating, allowing me to change my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in El Chalten.
